Get to Know Your Sewing Machine: Saturday 18 January 10am-4pm

Have you got a new sewing machine and you're not sure where to start with it? Maybe you've had one for a while and would like some guidance on how it can really help your sewing? Or maybe you'd just like a little refresher - if you're answer is YES to any of these, then this session is for you!

In this one day workshop, Pat will introduce you to your sewing machine and get you started on your sewing journey.

We will look at:

- what all the dials and buttons are for and how to use them to best effect.

- core sewing skills that can be achieved with your machine, and its feet and accessories.

- ongoing care, maintenance and cleaning of your sewing machine.

Class size: 4 maximum

Skills needed: This workshop is aimed at sewing machine beginners - no previous sewing experience required.
