UK Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders received by 3pm on the same day. You will receive an email from us to confirm your order and a second email to confirm despatch.
If you need to amend your order once it is confirmed, please call us on 01284 755459 or email us at bury@sewmuchtodo.co.uk as soon as possible - we'll do all we can to amend your parcel before it is sent.
Any orders received after 3pm on Saturdays will be despatched on our next open working day, ie the following Tuesday. (We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am-4pm.)
If we can't pack/despatch your order due it's size and weight, we'll contact you to discuss alternative postage options or cancellation. The vast majority of orders will not be affected by this but very occasionally we do receive orders which exceed our standard postage categories. Thank you for your understanding.
If any item on your order is out of stock we'll contact you to discuss possible alternatives, a refund or expected delivery date - if you can leave a telephone number on your account this will help us to contact you quickly if we need to.
Click & Collect
We offer Click & Collect: If you would like to use this option please select 'Click & Collect: Bury St Edmunds Shop' at the checkout.
In most cases we'll have your order ready to collect on the same day, but please allow 24 hours. You will receive an email to confirm your order is ready for collection. No alternative collection points are available when the shop is closed - we are open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-4pm.
UK Delivery Options
All orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 service. Orders over £80 are sent free of charge using the Royal Mail 48 service.
Orders under £80 can be sent by either:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery 1-2 days*) - £4.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery 2-3 days*) - £3.95
* Neither ourselves nor the Royal Mail can guarantee delivery times. Royal Mail terms state lost parcels will be investigated after 15 days after posting. If you experience any delays, however, please let us know.
Sewing Machines and Overlockers
Most machines will be with you within 48 hours of ordering. We'll call you once your machine order is confirmed with an expected delivery date.
Please include a mobile number with your machine order - our courier will text you on the morning of delivery with an approximate delivery time.
Some machines may be sent via the manufacturer. If you would prefer to collect your machine from our Bury St Edmunds shop, please select 'Click & Collect: Bury St Edmunds Shop' at the checkout.
Please register your new machine's warranty with the manufacturer at your earliest convenience - full details are included with the boxed machine but if you have any questions please let us know. Please check all the accessories are included in your machine's box. If you think anything is missing, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
If you feel your new machine is faulty or damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your machine ... we'd like to get any problems sorted as soon as we can for you. We will be able to advise you on the method of return.
Please note we are unable to offer refunds on unwanted machines.
