Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and call us within 14 days on 01284 755459 or email us at bury@sewmuchtodo.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item. The sooner we know of any problems, the sooner we can address the issue and make it right for you.

If you've received any items that are damaged or faulty in any way, we'll refund or exchange them for you. We'll reimburse any postage costs incurred with their return and any replacements will be sent free of charge.

If you have asked for a refund, we'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded the full amount on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bury@sewmuchtodo.co.uk.

When returning items to us, please include your contact details, proof of purchase and a description of the damage. Please return any damaged goods (and retain your proof of postage) to us at: Sew Much To Do, 23 Hatter Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 1NE.

Any unwanted goods can be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging/condition within 14 days for an exchange or Sew Much To Do credit note. Any costs associated with the return/exchange of an unwanted item cannot be refunded.

We cannot accept returns/offer refunds on unwanted cut fabric and trims, yarn, or patterns and pattern books, sale items or gift vouchers. If you'd like some help with colour matching before placing any orders please let us know.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible - unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch the goods before they've left us but we'll do all we can.
