Welcome to our Very Important Makers (VIM) Loyalty Programme.
We really appreciate every order placed with us and our VIM scheme is one way we can say 'thank you' to our fantastic, loyal customers. It's super quick and easy to join in, whether you shop with us online, in our Bury St Edmunds store, or both! As soon as you're signed up, you start to earn your points.
Put simply, with our VIM loyalty programme you earn points for every pound spent on full priced fabrics, yarn, haberdashery and machine accessories in the shop.
Please note: If you were a member of our previous VIM scheme (connected to our old website and till), we have transferred any LIVE loyalty points to this, our new website and till where we had an email address. If you're shopping for the first time on our new website and your details don't come up as expected, please get in touch with us, most likely we didn't have your email address connected to the previous scheme.
How to get started and use (online)
When you shop with us online you will automatically be signed up for the scheme when you go to make your first online purchase.
If you want to join the scheme before you browse the shop, all you need to do is click on the "Purple Handbag Rewards" box in the bottom left corner of our website. You'll be asked to enter your email address and after you receive an activation code you'll be redirected to your personal account page. If you're registered with the popular Shop app you'll be sent an activation code and then redirected to your VIM account page ... either way it's super quick and easy to do!
On your VIM account page you'll see all your purchases (online or in store) and how many points you have collected.
Be sure to include your email address so we can keep you up to date with special offers and VIM exclusives. If you would prefer not to receive news or exclusive offers please update your marketing preferences.
To leave the VIM account page, click the "Go to store" blue box in the top right hand of the screen.
How to get started and use (in the store)
There are three easy ways to set up a VIM account if you shop with us in our Bury St Edmunds store.
1. Create an account through our online store before you visit the shop.
2. Use the QR code on display in the shop - this will take you to our quick to use account creation page.
3. Just ask us to set you up with a VIM account when you're next at the till - we can't add any previous purchases to your account but you can start collecting points straight away.
We will need your email address to register your account - this won't be used for news from the shop or exclusive offers unless you give us your permission.
How to claim rewards (online)
Log in to your account before you confirm your order - this will not only show you what points or rewards you have but will also ensure your current order is connected to your VIM account. Click on the eligible reward you want to redeem, or leave it there for another time if you'd prefer.
How to claim rewards (in the store)
Let us know when you're at the till that you're a VIM member and we'll ask for your email address to select your account. Once we have your account brought up we can update you on your points and rewards.

Terms and Conditions
Sew Much To Do reserves the right to suspend, modify or end the loyalty programme at any time with no notice.
Points are earned through purchases made at Sew Much To Do, either through the website or Bury St Edmunds shop.
VIM loyalty reward points cannot be redeemed for any cash value.
A maximum of two vouchers can be applied to any one order.
Sewing machines, workshops and sale items are excluded from the loyalty programme.
Sew Much To Do reserves the right to exclude certain products from the loyalty scheme at any time.
VIM loyalty reward points are paid on all orders of £1 and over.
VIM loyalty reward points are not paid on Shipping.
VIM loyalty reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
Sew Much To Do reserves the right to cancel any customer loyalty account if the scheme is being abused, without warning and at the discretion of the Sew Much To Do team.
