Machine Servicing and Repair

We offer servicing for all brands of domestic sewing machines and overlockers.

There's no need to book your machine in - just drop it off to us whenever is convenient.

When you bring your machine in to us please bring with it the power cable, foot pedal and one of the bobbins you regularly use. 

We have a standard rate for servicing machines and if any additional parts are needed we would call you in the first instance to discuss your options and potential costs - no additional parts are ordered/installed without your prior consent.

Machine servicing can take one to two weeks, though most are ready in a few days.

When your machine is happy, well, what a difference it makes to your sewing time! For a happy machine we recommend having your machine serviced every one to two years, depending on use of course. Regular care and maintenance at home during servicing will work wonders too!

Any payment due for servicing and/or parts is due when you collect your machine.
